Dear Parents and Carers,

I wish to advise you of a change in date for the Year 7 and 8 College Photo day due to a postponed school sporting event being placed on the main College Photo day.

To minimise the large amount of students missing out on Pastoral Class group photos, Advancedlife were able to change the date for Year 7 and Year 8 students.

The new dates:

Tuesday, 16th May:

• Year 9 to Year 12 Individual and Pastoral Class photos

Tuesday, 30th May:

• Year 7 and Year 8 Individual and Pastoral Class photos
• Year 12 Cohort photo
• Siblings*
• Catch-ups (Year 9 – Year 12)
  *Was originally communicated to be done in September – now 30th May

Friday, 8th September:

• Sports / Extra-curricular groups

The College hopes this reduces the impact of events / absences on College Photo day.
