WHEN?

Tuesday 1st March 2022

WHERE?

Edmund Rice College, 112 Mt Keira Road, West Wollongong. Park on Mt Keira Road and walk down the front entrance of the College or enter via the back of the College from Keira Mine Road.

HOW?

Boys can be dropped off and picked up by a parent/carer/adult. You will need to register beforehand by completing the Try Year 7 for a Day online registration form. You will then receive a confirmation email from the College.

TIMING OF THE DAY

9.30 am – Meet and greet. All boys must be signed in by a parent/carer/adult.

3.30 pm – Farewell and parent/carer/adult pick up.

3.30 pm – 5.30 pm – Optional – Join your son and enjoy the College Expo at your own pace or book a Guided Tour.

WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT TO BRING

Students should wear comfortable clothing, joggers and a hat! They should bring a bag with morning tea and their water bottle. Lunch and a drink will be provided.

ACTIVITIES

Students will participate in a range of activities from subjects that will be studied in Year 7 at the College, such as Technology and Applied Studies, Sport, Science, Visual Arts, Music, Robotics and Food Technology … to name a few!

SUPERVISION

Years 5 & 6 students will be supervised by Edmund Rice College staff.

SAFETY

Please notify us if your son has any medical conditions or special needs that we need to be aware of to make his day at the College safe and enjoyable. There is a section on the online registration form for this.
