Our major intake is in Year 7. Entry to other years is subject to availability. Due to demand we accept applications into Year 7 two years in advance of commencement. The College is now accepting applications for Year 7 in 2022 & 2023.

The Enrolment Process
Step 1: Apply to Enrol
Download and submit the Enrolment Application Form with the required documentation to place your son on our applicant list.
If you intend to apply for the Enrichment Class, Academic Scholarship or Aboriginal Cultural Scholarship Application Forms you should submit this with your ERC Enrolment Application Form.
You can submit your application to the College by mail, in person or via email.
Step 2: Applicant Interview
Families are invited to attend an enrolment interview.
Step 3: Offer of Enrolment
Upon a successful interview and the availability of a place, an offer will be made.
Step 4: Offer Acceptance
This is confirmed upon payment of a $200 non-refundable Enrolment Fee. Make a payment here.

Enrichment Class Application Form
Edmund Rice College runs an Enrichment Class in Year 7 in the core subjects of English, Mathematics and Science. The Enrichment Class will continue to operate in Years 8, 9 and 10.Download PDF

Interviews for Students with Special Needs
