Strategic Plan 2026–2029

A Century of Legacy, A Vision for Tomorrow

As we mark 100 years of Catholic education in the Edmund Rice tradition, the Strategic Plan 2026–2029 serves as a guide for our next chapter with purpose and clarity. Rooted in our Catholic identity and inspired by the life of Blessed Edmund Rice, this plan reflects our commitment to shaping young people of faith, character, and an informed conscience.

Developed through meaningful consultation with students, staff, families, and alumni, this plan is designed to be intentionally flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of our community. Our vision remains anchored in four key strategic pillars, each aligned with the Touchstones of a Catholic education in the tradition of Edmund Rice:

  • Faith Formation: Strengthening our Catholic identity by integrating faith and values into all aspects of College life.
  • Future Ready: Empowering young people for a changing world through innovative learning, technological fluency, and a comprehensive wellbeing framework.
  • Community and Belonging: Fostering strong connections and ensuring a sense of belonging for all through effective partnerships with parents, alumni, and the wider community.
  • Sustainable Legacy: Ensuring long-term sustainability through responsible stewardship, transparent governance, and the advancement of the College Masterplan.

This plan honors our past, responds to our present, and boldly invests in a future where our graduates are agents of change and stewards of our shared legacy.
