Recently we had student representatives from the Wooylungah Indigenous Centre at the University of Wollongong come and work with some of our First Nations students. The program delved into how we can learn from Country, how we can respect it, and centring our goals for the future based off what is important to us holistically. Led by Gamilaroi man Zach Stewart the program is the first segment of a two part program where students will have the opportunity in Term 4 to attend an on campus experience with schools from around the Illawarra. ERC would like to thank Zach and all the volunteers for attending our school and sharing their stories of success.
