On Wednesday the 17th of March, Edmund Rice students and staff participated in celebrating the feast day of St Patrick. Organised by the Community and Culture team, students and staff were invited to add a green item of clothing to their uniform. With many coming up with wonderfully creative ideas, the aim of the day was to celebrate the Irish heritage of the College and to celebrate the example of  St Patrick. Many students participated in a school wide treasure hunt, as well Irish dancing and music throughout recess and lunch.

It was a highly enjoyable day where many students and staff learned and celebrated the history of St Patrick, his work and its importance to the history of our school.  Happy St Patrick’s Day from ERC!
