School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBAT)

WHAT ARE SCHOOL BASED APPRENTICESHIPS AND TRAINEESHIPS?

SBAT courses are available to high school students in NSW who are in Year 10, 11 and 12. As well as a nationally recognised industry qualification, students will gain credit towards their HSC. Some SBAT’s may also contribute to the ATAR.

Your future career could start as early as next year.

School based apprenticeships and traineeships are more than just a part time job. They are a great way to begin your future career while you are still at school completing Year 10 or your HSC.

Please view the attached information and if you are interested in your son completing an SBAT while still at school, starting next year, please email gcajar@erc.nsw.edu for further information.
