The Northern Inter-Schools Snow Championship will be held at Perisher on the 28th June – 2nd July.

Entries opened on the 17th May, a nomination form has been sent to all students, and should be already complete by students who are interested.

If students have not registered their interest, they must see Mr Timpano by Wednesday 9th June.

As this is an event in the school holidays students will have to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Students will have to purchase lift tickets and organise their own accommodation.

Key Events:

• Alpine GS – Skiers are timed on a modified giant slalom course.
• Ski Cross – Skiers are timed individually on a course including jumps and high-banked turns.
• Snowboard GS – Snowboarders are timed on a modified giant slalom course.
• Snowboard Cross – Snowboarders are timed individually on a course including jumps and high-banked turns.

Key Divisions:

• Division 1: Year 11 / 12
• Division 2: Year 10 / 9
• Division 3: Year 8 / 7
