Congratulations to all of the students in years 7 – 10 who have received acknowledgement of their academic achievement in semester one. It is a great point of pride to see the amount of students who are achieving at such a high level.  As in the Olympics where athletes may narrowly miss out on a medal there are a number of students who have just missed out on these academic awards. I would encourage each of these students to set themselves a goal in semester two.

Next week students were scheduled to listen to a number of presentations regarding their elective subjects for 2022. Due to our current situation students and parents will be provided with a multimedia presentation explaining this process. These presentations will shortly be available on the Google classroom for year 8 along with instructions on completion of their selections. An email will be sent to parents and students containing important deadlines.

Next week students will receive notification about their second round of subject selections. Each student will be presented with the 2022 subject grid and an indication of subjects allocated. Students who are currently not meeting academic entry requirements will also receive notification.
