Exams
Students are currently engaged in an extremely busy time of the term. Years 7 -10 are now full swing into their exam period. For some subjects which are semester based (eg History ) this will be their last chance to demonstrate their ability for the year. I would like to thank the students for how they have started the exam period and have attached a few reminders below.

If an exam is missed it will be completed in the next available spot, students who miss an exam will be asked by their Pastoral Coordinator to attend the hall as soon as practicable after they return.

No digital communication devices are allowed in the exam room. This includes smart watches and phones. If storing these in their bag is not suitable students are asked to leave these devices at home when they have an exam.

Reporting
Semester 1 Reports for Years 7-10 will be made available to students and parents by Tuesday morning of Week 10 (28th June). These reports will be available on the TASS portal. These reports will display the grade and assessment mark for each student for this semester along with a pastoral comment about their progress.

Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent interviews will take place on site Thursday 30th June from 8:30am until 7:00pm. Bookings for interviews will open on Thursday 23rd June 12:30 pm. These bookings can be made through the TASS system.

Subject Selection Interviews
Subject selection interviews for all Year 10 students will take place at the same time as class based interviews. Interviews will take place on Thursday 30th June from 8:30am until 7:00pm. Bookings for interviews will open on Thursday 23rd June 12:30 pm. These bookings can be made through the TASS system, for these particular interviews parents are asked to book a double appointment. Instructions will be sent out shortly via email.
