Our team was greeted with grey skies for the event however the weather was favourable enough to make a start.

The teams first match was against St John’s Nowra, unfortunately for this very green team our boys were far too strong and they were defeated 6-0,6-0,6-1,6-1,6-1,6-2.

Ari Ganassin, Aston Rowles, Deni Dimov and Zane Cross were all buoyed by this excellent starting result and went on to defeat Mt Carmel in a dazzling display of tennis with a 6-0,6-0,6-0,6-0 score line.

This result propelled them into their third final in three years. Our team once again displayed their dominant form by defeating a very strong Holy Spirit team 6-4,6-3,6-2,6-0.

Our boys now move on to the CCC Teams Championships to be held in Bathurst. We wish them luck on what will be their third straight attempt to snare the title.
