On Monday 22nd May, Years 9 and 19 Photographic and Digital Media Classes participated in an incursion working with Australian photographer Peter Solness. Peter Solness is a multi-award winning photographer, artist, educator and writer who specialises in the photographic method of Light Painting. Each class had the opportunity to work with Peter, learning the technical aspects of light painting. The students created some incredible imagery which will be printed for the Annual Artshow. Each class also had the opportunity to learn about special effects make up for film with Mrs Rampe. Using the latest latex make up technology, the students created scars and wounds in anticipation of their upcoming horror films.
