The Australian Cross Country Schools Championships were held at Stromlo Forest Park ACT from 25 – 28 August. The College had two students qualify for the championships, Year 12 student Mitchell Blackbourn and Year 9 student Will Mason.

Mitchell placed first at the NSW All Schools Cross Country and was looking to do the same at the Australian Champs! He placed 10th in the U20 division, and took home a silver medal in the U18s! Mitchell’s NSW team also claimed silver in the cross-country relay! Stellar performance all round!

Will qualified for the Australian Championships through an impressive 6th at the NSW All Schools event earlier this term. He finished 35th out of 129 competitors in the 14/15 age group!
