The NAPLAN 2023 comparative data was released recently. The following two graphs show the percentage of students who achieved an Exceeding and Strong result compared to State results. Students who achieved an Exceeding result have exceeded expectations at the time of testing and students who achieved a Strong result have met challenging but reasonable expectations at the time of testing. You can see in both graphs below the percentage of students who have achieved the top two levels has exceeded State results for all aspects of testing in both Year 7 and Year 9.

The following two graphs compare the Edmund Rice College mean (average) results with both State results and State results for males only. Once again, you can see in both graphs the Edmund Rice College mean in all aspects of testing in both Year 7 and Year 9 is higher than State results (males and females) and State results for males only.
