Last week the ERC Stage 6 Legal Studies students were given the opportunity to meet with Snr Constable Palk and Snr Constable Marriott to discuss the Young Offenders Act 1997 (NSW) and its implementation.
Students gained a greater sense of the processes and effectiveness of the legislation that reformed youth justice over 20 years ago.
