COLLEGE PHOTOGRAPHS

Individual and class photographs taken earlier this year have been proofed and returned to the production team at Advanced Life, this includes the group Year 12 photograph. As we were off site throughout the entire Term 3, 2021 the co curricular and sports photographs were not scheduled. We have since been able to reschedule these to include Year 12 before they graduate, so the co-curricular and sporting team group photograph day is Friday 9 September. Year 11 students will have a cohort assessment in the morning and join respective groups for photos after their examination on that day or simply return home if they are not required in team or group photos. More information will be provided to the students prior to the day with the scheduling of groups and times.

2022 UCI ROAD WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The College will remain open and classes, assessments will be conducted as normal, throughout Week 10 this term. This does overlap with the 8 days of elite racing from 18 – 25 September, however we believe there will be minimal impact on the actual school for that last week of term, unlike some of the other schools closer to the city itself.
Premier buses are investigating the impact on school bus routes and will have information for us, if and when specific routes and services are impacted.

For more information surrounding the 2022 UCI Road World Championships it is best to access their website. (LINK)

UCI Road closures – Presented in this map are the 2022 UCI Road World Championships courses and the indicative road closure times associated with each course and event. To navigate this map, click on the days listed in the left hand column to highlight on the map which roads will have temporary closures on those days and read the road closure times. NOTE: Course roads will be closed by the time noted (progressively during the hour preceding) and times are subject to change. Other roads across the city will encounter temporary closures to allow for the safe implementation of traffic control measures.

RAPID ANTIGEN HOME TEST (RAHT) KITS

Students have been provided with another RAHT kit to bring home this week. Whilst they themselves do not see the need to receive another kit, it is important to be vigilant with Students experiencing any symptoms should continue to test and act on their results accordingly. Families requiring RAHT kits to ensure the safe attendance each day of their son, can collect more kits. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you are in this situation of not being able to access RAHT kits for testing.
