We are grateful to Mr Volk for his leadership and guidance in assisting the Year 10 Duke of Ed students to complete their practice Adventurous Journey. They are now commencing the other aspects of the program which include serving the community, developing a skill and focussing on physical recreation for fitness and wellbeing. Each of these aspects has to be maintained for one hour each week over 26 weeks, although they do not have to be consecutive weeks. Additionally, ONE aspect must be maintained for 52 weeks. We met this week to ensure that all students have their Assessor’s Guide and are connecting to activities in the community that will help them grow.
