In Week 7, Year 8 were lucky to have Tom Reynolds from Independent Drug Education Australia come into the College and present to the cohort. Tom provided some great insight utilising a strength based approach on drug education, particularly around the areas of vaping and alcohol consumption.

As our students develop, we know the importance of educating our young men so that they can make informed decisions about their health. This presentation will be further supported through the PDHPE curriculum where Year 8 will explore this content in their unit “Positive Choices’.
