The current arrangement whereby Y7 – 10 students have been permitted to wear their sports uniform on days other than Wednesday will cease at the end of this term. Students will be required to wear their College winter uniform each day, other than their scheduled Sport day, bring their sports uniform to change into, when they have a PDHPE or PASS practical lesson.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT from Premier Buses
Premier has notified us that many drivers are experiencing students who have not been using an opal card when boarding the bus. If a student does not have a valid opal card they are not able to catch any bus.
We have been asked to advise all students and parents/guardians that starting from Monday 13th of June 2022, any student that does not have a valid opal card will be handed back to the school via the teacher on duty.
I have included the Student Code of Conduct as displayed on Transport for NSW’s website https://transportnsw.info/student-code-conduct for your perusal.
Premier are hoping to achieve an outcome where all students will have a valid opal card when travelling on buses.
Rapid Antigen Home Test (RAHT) Kits
Students who did not bring home another pack of RAHT kits recently, please collect one from the Front Office. With the change of close contact regulations and requirements, families are able to use these at their discretion when students or family members become symptomatic or someone within the household has contracted Covid.
The College has received another delivery of RAHT kits, these will be distributed to students before the end of Term 2.
Parents are reminded that if you need any extra RAHT kits, please do not hesitate to have your son collect more from the Front Office with a note.
