Year 9 and 10 Commerce students set their stall out for Market day last Friday. There were a range of delicious and healthy treats from savouries such as cevapi and fries, along with the ubiquitous sausage sandwiches as well as sweet treats like cookies and milkshakes. Some stalls ran a kicking competition while others ran an enterprising car wash. Every stall sold out completely, so the day created zero waste and total revenue was over $7500 across all businesses, with profits going to a variety of charities. The students should be commended for their planning and organisation and special mention goes to the Commerce teachers for their tireless work behind the scenes.
