Old Boys

Edmund Rice College Alumni – Old Boys

We’re proud that our students forge strong and lasting relationships as they pass through the College. Since 1926, four generations of students have been educated at Edmund Rice College, Wollongong. Our ‘Old Boys’ network shares a common ethos of service and solidarity.

Our alumni are diverse, with members who attended the school when it first opened in 1926 through to recent graduates. We now have families that include four generations of ‘Old Boys’.

Our alumni have pursued interesting paths from adventurers to academics; medics to military servicemen; creatives in media and arts to community leaders; entertainers to entrepreneurs; and from sportsmen to scientists.

Craft Digital Marketing – Edmund Rice College

Being part of the ‘Old Boys’ network is about staying in touch, creating connections and contributing to the life of the College in meaningful ways. Our recent alumni focus has been on:

  • networking with other alumni
  • mentoring current students (with alumni who share career and life experiences)
  • staying up-to-date with what’s happening at the College
  • hosting alumni social events

Old Boys who are organising events (such as reunions) are encouraged to contact the College to help us co-ordinate our calendar. If you have an event or story you would like to share, please contact us.
